Kale chehre ko gora banane ke liye kuch upay hain, jo acche hain: 


• Prakratik roop se vitamin C ka sevan karein, jaise ki nimbu ka ras, santare ka ras, amla ka ras, tamatar, kaccha aam, aadi, jinmein adhik matra mein vitamin C paya jata hai.

Vitamin C ki matra badhayein: Chehre ke rang ko gora banane ke liye aapko adhik matra mein vitamin C lena hoga. Aap nimbu ka ras, santare ka ras, amla ka ras, tamatar, kaccha aam, aadi khane ke sath le sakte hain. In sabhi cheezon mein vitamin C adhik matra mein paya jata hai, jo chehre ke rang ko gora banane mein sahayak hota hai

Haldi aur dudh ka mishran

: Chehre par haldi aur dudh ka mishran lagane se twacha ka rang nikhar jata hai. Iske liye aap 1 chammach haldi ko 2 chammach dudh ke sath mila kar mishran bana sakte hain. Is mishran ko chehre par 15-20 minute ke liye lagayein aur phir thande paani se dho lein 


• Haldi aur dudh ka mishran bana kar isse chehre par lagayen. Isse twacha ko nikhaar milta hai aur chehra chamakdaar ban jaata hai.

Chandan ko ubtan mein milayein: Chehre par chandan lagane se twacha ka rang saaf ho jata hai. Aap chandan ko ubtan mein mila kar chehre par lagayein. Isse chehre ka rang saaf ho jata hai 


• Chandan ko ubtan mein mila kar chehre par lagayein. Isse chehre ka rang saaf ho jata hai. 



• Nimbu ka ras, shahad aur gulab jal ko mila kar chehre par lagayein. Yeh face pack twacha ko nami deta hai aur chehra chamakdaar banata hai. 


• Adhik paani piyein. Isse sharir ke vish ko bahar nikala ja sakta hai aur chehre ka rang saaf ho jata hai. 


• Pratidin khana khane se pahle giloy ka ras piyein. Isse sharir ko takat milti hai aur chehra nikharne lagta hai. 


In upaayon ke saath-saath aap sahi tarah se khana khayein aur prakratik tarike se rahen, jaise ki prakratik cheezon ka upyog karein aur yoga aur pranayam jaise aasan karein.



Nimbu ka ras, shahad aur gulab jal ka face pack lagayein: Chehre ke rang ko gora banane ke liye aap nimbu ka ras, shahad aur gulab jal ka face pack bana sakte hain. Iske liye aap ek chammach nimbu ka ras, ek chammach shahad aur 2 chammach gulab jal ko mila kar face pack bana sakte hain. Isse chehre ka rang saaf ho jata hai. 


Adhik paani piyein: Adhik paani pine se sharir ke vish ko bahar nikala ja sakta hai aur chehre ka rang saaf ho jata hai. Din bhar mein kam se kam 8-10 gilas paani piyein. 


• Pratidin giloy ka ras piyein: Giloy ka ras peene se sharir ko takat milti hai aur chehra nikharne lagta hai. Pratidin khana khane se pahle giloy ka ras piyein. 


In upaayon ke saath-saath aap sahi tarah se khana khayein aur prakratik tarike se rahen, jaise ki prakratik cheezon ka upyog karein aur yoga aur pranayam jaise aasan karein.




Multani mitti ka ubtan banayein: Multani mitti chehre ke liye bahut faydemand hai. Aap multani mitti, nimbu ka ras, dudh aur gulab jal ko mila kar ubtan bana sakte hain. Is ubtan ko chehre par 15-20 minute ke liye lagayein aur phir thande paani se dho lein. Isse chehre ka rang saaf ho jata hai. 


Nimbu aur shahad ka peene ka paani banayein: Nimbu aur shahad ka paani chehre ke rang ko gora banane mein sahayak hota hai. Iske liye aap ek chammach nimbu ka ras aur ek chammach shahad ko ek gilas paani mein mila kar peene ka paani taiyar kar sakte hain. 


Tamatar ka paste banayein: Tamatar ka paste bhi chehre ke rang ko gora banane mein sahayak hota hai. Aap tamatar ka paste banakar chehre par lagayein aur 15-20 minute ke liye chhod dein. Phir thande paani se dho lein. 


• Badam ka paste banayein: Badam ke paste ko chehre par lagane se twacha ka rang gora aur chamakdar ho jata hai. Aap badam ko raat bhar ke liye bhigo kar rakh dein aur subah usko pees kar paste bana lein. Is paste ko chehre par lagakar 15-20 minute ke liye chhod dein aur phir thande paani se dho lein. 


In upaayon ko niyamit roop se apanakar aap apne chehre ka rang gora aur chamakdar bana sakte hain. Saath hi sahi tarah se khana khana, nind puri lena, dhoop se bachna aur cigarette aur sharab se dur rehna bhi chehre ke liye bahut jaroori hai
